Chef Henk Savelberg surprises his patrons with a new, tantalizing new menu which includes exclusive “Royal Oscietra Caviar with Sour Cream, Blini, Leek and Potato Cream” and other unique creations from Chef Henk. Try the “Fine de Claire Oyster & Gin Tonic with Cucumber, Melon, Ponzu and of course Gin and Tonic” or the “Buispek, Free Range Pork Belly with Caviar, Chive and Egg White”. And finally the “Veal Tenderloin with Fresh Chanterelle Mushrooms, Dutch White Asparagus, Polenta, Celeriac Apple Syrup, Pistachio and Sweet and Sour Veal Sauce”. As desert the Chef prepares a “Tempura Banana with Yusu Cream, Banana Mousse, Coconut Mango Iced Ball, Praline Crunch, Passion Fruit and Lemon and Banana Ice Cream”.
